I’d give my overall experience a 10. I’ve never used a collision repair shop in the past so this was a new experience. Everyone I spoke to was amazing. Even when I called to get updates on my car they were always kind and helpful.

The color match between the painted front bumper and the rest of the car is a bit off. However the car is 13 years old and typically parked outside, so it may be impossible to match. All other aspects are well done.
