I am having issues with the mechanical parts of the truck and I spoke with Chase and ge expalined it was taken ro Firestone and that they heard nothing and the truck was not shaking. The minute I back up the vehicle after putting gas the noise I complained about happened. I then get the truck up to 75mph and the truck is still shaking.

Overall, I am beyond pleased with the work and speed that the work was completed. There are 2 areas where the new exterior parts are not completely snapped together that I would like corrected and a third area that I would like reviewed.

I think it depends on the types of repairs. If I knew I was going to need a roof replacement, I probably would have gone to the Toyota dealership to get the level of detail work that would restore my new car to exactly how it was before the tree fell on it.

The exterior repairs look great, but they missed the mark on some interior details. The most egregious was an improperly seated SRS panel running vertically along the diver's side of the windshield. There were dirt and smudges all over the roof lining, as if the tech hadn't washed their hands before installing. Lastly, there were imperfections on the "seam" where the roof lining meets the plastic, vertical SRS panels on either side of the windshield. They fixed all of these issues (the seam imperfections are still visible, but better than they were). I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail for a body shop.
