My car was vandalized we noticed a dent or hit with an object when dropping it off. We were advised to contact our insurance. Which we did and my insurance got on the phone with Calliber collision while I was on hold. My insurance then told me that Calliber collision advised them this incident wasn’t due to my car being vandalized! How do they know what and where this individual did to my vehicle! How can they tell us Thai wasn’t part of the same claim if I am the owner of the vehicle, I drive it. Therefor I know what’s there before and after! For this reason I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. We’re always having issues with our cars and we were looking forward to a new body shop. Unfortunately I do not plan on returning.

From my initial inquiry with Gabby, she was very helpful in answering all of my questions and processing my claim and paperwork when I did decide on proceeding with Caliber. Once my vehicle was taken in for repair, Christian should also be highly commended in providing updates and answering all of my questions all the way through until I picked up my vehicle. The team at Caliber is very respectful and exemplify what it means to offer excellent customer service. I appreciate Gabby, Christian and the rest of the team, and will highly recommend this location to anyone in the future.

Christian provided frequent updates as the repair was in progress. Gabby was also very helpful from my initial inquiry, signing of documents, payment and release of my car. Jesse took one of my phone calls as well and facilitated the initial appointment for an estimate through Gabby. Anna performed the estimate and answered my initial questions upfront. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with this team and would highly recommend this shop to friends and family.
