One problem. The vehicle was in the shop to long. Other then that everything was aok. The personal I delt with were great. From the front desk to the shop. Excellent job.

Jesse and the Long Beach shop did an awesome job! Jesse kept me updated on the progress of my car during the entire repair. My quality expectations were surpassed based off of previous experiences with other auto body shops. I would definitely recommend the Caliber Collision Long Beach location to family and friends!

I mentioned my steering wheel was little weird, they did some structural corrections but it still pulls sometimes when I drive, and there’s some white dust left inside of front passenger’s door all the way to the bottom of the window I don’t what it is I tried clean it several times I couldn’t get rid of it. I called them several times but never heard from them. So I contacted the other caliber collision center nearby and still waiting for my appointment

When I picked up my car, I found many stains and some black particles on it, Johnny cleaned it off for me. But during the entire process, they wouldn’t reach out to me to give me the update until I called them
