I was completely satisfied my car came back better than before. It looked like nothing ever happened. Michael was amazing. He kept me up-to-date with every step of the way and I love how everyone was really nice and welcoming. I would for sure bring my car back if it needs any repairs I highly recommend them.

Michael Barker was my service advisor and did a fantastic job taking care of our vehicle. Michael kept me up to date on the process and our vehicle repairs were completed much earlier than expected. Your front office staff was also very responsive, friendly and helpful.

I was told by the first associate that attended me that my entire rear bumper needed to get repainted. That that's the correct way to paint and repair the damage I had. I was told that Caliber doesn't do patch jobs. The bumper had small scratches I had noticed from the past, I had taken pictures. If the entire bumper was repainted, then those scratches would have been covered up. When I picked up my car the scratches were still there. So the entire bumper was not painted. Don't say something to make me believe you do the work properly and not follow through. I went to Caliber, instead of other shops, because I thought you guys were going to do the job the correct way, as explained to me by your associate. The associate even convinced me to stick with my original bumper instead of getting a replacement and getting it painted. If Caliber was just going to paint the damage, do a patch job , I could have gone somewhere else. And to top it of there is now a wide gap between the quarter panel and the bumper. The other associate that released the car to me saw and took photos.

At first, I wasn’t happy with the repairs, so I brought the vehicle back. The second time around, I was satisfied with the results. I appreciate the staff taking the time to fix everything properly and using OEM parts. Diana was especially helpful, and I’m grateful for her support.

The service was beyond my expectations. Mike, the service advisor was wonderful. He ensured I was updated every step of the repairs needed for my vehicle. Susie, the front desk receptionist was very helpful with guiding me through the process prior to directing me to Mike. Overall five star rating for service and professionalism. My vehicle was dropped off on a Monday and was completed by Thursday of the same week!
