Everyone was extemely curteous. The technician asked about a missing tow-hitch cover which I told him was unrelated to the claim but that I'd been wanting to repair it for a long time. Caliber surprised me and went ahead and repaired it at no charge to me nor to my insurance...that's exceptional customer service!!!

Luis put me at ease immediately. Denise was very patient with me. They did a"Customer Service"by sanding out some rust they found around the windshield opening. They handled my rental return and I was on my way home in less than 30 minutes. Great job to all involved
