All of my repairs were not completed . I have to get approval for the armrest which we discussed at the initial appointment but was not addressed to be approved and now return and fix . Once this is complete the repairs will be satisfactory .

Job well done here! My car looks like new again! The communication also was pretty on point here as well between everyone I came into contact with. Mike had made sure to keep in constant contact as repairs were making progress. Even quality checked more than twice to find imperfections himself he wasn’t 100% with & made right. At the beginning there was the receptionist (sorry I did not ask her name) who is very friendly, professional, helpful and a wonderful person with a wonderful personality. Then I was assigned to Ana Piendo who did the most thorough and excellent job from the beginning to end. Ana explained everything so well, sent a progress report every day, and was always ready to answer any questions. Ana was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough and is an excellent service provider. It was great working with her. THANK YOU AGAIN ANA!! There was also a great atmosphere in the office with good vibes, good energy and I felt welcomed got all the information, answers to questions and overall great service at Calliber Collision!!! AND lastly after all the great service and experience.......... MY CAR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! A BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!
