Very spotty. Mike who was assigned to me was cheerful but seemed unable to contact me when he said he would.

They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was able to simply text questions that I had & I was given informed answers. In the end my Jeep was completed almost full week before I was expecting to get it back. I would recommend Caliber to any of my friends that might need body repairs.

They did a good repair job but we should have been informed better about the time in the shop and 12 days would have warranted a rental car if we would have known instead when we started calling we kept getting put off only one more day multiple times which really put havoc on our work schedules

The repairs were to take two weeks and it took over 5 weeks because they were backlogged and quality issues. Their automated update system was consistent but not always accurate. Once things started to divert from "normal" process the communication and schedule estimates had the wheels falling off and only increased frustration levels. Based on this experience I would not recommend or only go there as a last resort.
