Nick and Mike did a great job handling and keeping me up to on how my pickup was being treated, fixed and the upcoming process. They were both very professional and explained everything to me that was happening. They did an awesome job! The fixing of my pickup was very quick and the outcome was awesome, it looks great!

I was promised after my truck was repaired body wise, a detailing of the inside of my truck and on appearance, it looked fine, however when I use the dials for the climate controls the knobs are very sticky and harder to move.

I was receiving updates on a regular basis and the Mike went to training. There was no follow up during those 8 days. I had to call my insurance company because when I called your main number everyone that answered said they would check on the status but nobody would call me back.

The cosmetic appearance is great! I was given frequent updates on the progress of repairs and they completed repairs more than a week earlier than promised. The representative I dealt with was extremely pleasant and kind. This is not the first time I have used your company for bodywork. Would absolutely recommend The work of this company!

I've worked with other Caliber shops so I expected the same level of customer service. I was disappointed to not receive status calls when told to expect them. I understand things come up, but when it happens multiple times, there appears to be a problem.
