Could not get rep to return m y calls. When he did, he always had an excuse for car being so long to repair. He once told me that the car had to been taken to another shop to be detailed. A few days later I asked to talk to a manager. The manager said the car had to be taken to another shop to be detailed. Obviously, one of them was lying. Pretty sure it was the customer service rep. When I finally got the car back, the work was excellent, but the customer service was so outrageously bad that I will never take a car there again.
