Parker was very friendly and great with communicating the process and updates. It was very convenient working with my insurance, the tow truck, enterprise for my rental and Caliber collision to get my car there and fixed in a timely manner. There was once piece not fixed, but Parker said she would order it and I could come back in and get it replaced. Thank you!
