My pickup needed a new running board on the driver side. I was told they couldn't buy just one, they had to buy a pair. On close examination I noticed they only replaced the driver side and left the other one in the box. REALLY? Now I have one new one and an old one on my pickup. How hard would it have been to replace both since my insurance had to pay for a new set? I'm very disappointed.

Great customer service! Parker was excellent. She helped me a get my windshield fixed as the same time as my bumper. Parker also helped me set up picking up my car after hours because she knew about my work schedule. I was regularly update with texts about my repairs, which was great. 10 out of 10 for Longmont Caliber Collision!
