Victor was great and the job was very well done. However, when I opened my passenger door that was still damaged in the door doorbell, just a little bit of paint damage in a crack. Highly recommend the service services otherwise they want above and beyond.

Victor was very professional and helped me understand exactly what was going to be done. I am trying to reach out, though due to my brake light was reinstalled and now no longer works.

There are two inside panels that are hanging that need to be put back up one of which looks like it has the airbag in it for the far back seat! Not sure how this was missed as they are not small pieces! I work all day Tomorrow and Friday but will see what I can do to get off work a little early to come in and have somebody fix it.

We are very happy that we chose Caliber to repair our car after an accident. It had been a number of years since we had a car that had body work repaired through Insurance. Caliber did an excellent job and kept us informed every step of the way. The repair work went smoothly and quickly. Our car had many safety features that required knowledgeable professionals to fix and recalibrate.The individuals we worked with were extremely helpful and made us feel like we were their number one customer. My car sat for almost a week with no update. It was then partially disassembled and I was not told until several days later that Collision was refusing to fix it. Complete waste of time for no result.
