The whole process was super smooth from start to finish. GEICO connected me with Caliber Collision, and everything from the onboarding process to the repairs was streamlined and easy. I am very satisfied with my Caliber repair experience. I was impressed with the courtesy, friendliness, communication, and efficiency exhibited by the two women staffing your front office. Chris, my service rep, was highly professional. He did a great job explaining the repair process and his ongoing communication was excellent. He provided regular updates on the progress of my car's repairs and did a great job walking me through what repairs had been done when I picked up my car earlier than I expected.
