Your team did an excellent job on all the repairs required. I was expecting an issue that the painting of the bumper was not going to match the paint on the rest of the car - but I was very happy with the results. Great job. It is too bad however, that you were unable to fix the starting of my car at the completion.

The only issue I had was that a few other problems arise which required my own shop to do the repairs. I do not believe it had anything to do with the incident. But they could not make those repairs as they only do body repairs and simple electrical repairs. So I had to have the car towed and take further rentals which was inconvenient. But the repairs they did were excellent.

I told them 1 day after my accident my power supply bank came up on the check engine light and they said they fixed it because that was the problem why the car wasn’t starting yet I got my car back today 06/30 and my car won’t start after my work shift

For this being my first major accident I I’m still impressed with how amazing they did . Minus one error (but it’s been discussed and will be fixed) I couldn’t be more happy to have it back ! My recent accident came with a nightmare insurance claim and a terrible rental car experience, but Caliber completely saved the day. The women working the front desk were incredibly welcoming, and Billie and his manager were fantastic to deal with. Communication was top-notch, and my car looks perfect.
