I needed a repair that another person caused, so off the back I was upset about starting the process. Filling paper out was clear n concise, the repair time was on point with what they warned me. They set me up with my car when I came back to pick up. They told me if anything’s wrong come return it for there is a lifetime warranty. Overall their team kept me satisfied and I will recommend them to others .

Moises was great! He was very knowledgeable about the repairs and parts. I had a million questions and he answered all of them with grace. The front desk had all of my docs ready to sign promptly. Everyone was extremely professional. My car looked amazing! My interior was even touched up and clean. I pray I don’t have another incident but if I do I know where I’m going.

Yesterday when I picked up my car I ran into a situation with my insurance. I’m happy to report that it got resolved and handled by Barbara, she handled it in the most professional, efficient and compassionate way. Barbara is by far one of the most, in my opinion, important person in your company. She knows how to handle everybody that comes through your office door, and she does it with professionalism, kindness, and grace. One of the best. Also the receptionist-Jennifer/Stephanie?-she is very professional and kind as well-she’s very sweet. Then Miguel🙏🏽 and his Crew-Jay and the rest, they worked on my car beautifully. He is on top of the projects, and keeps You informed about the progress, very professional. Overall, I am very happy with the work, but mostly I am very impressed about the treatment I’ve received. I am Very grateful for Barbara-you are the best 🙏🏽❤️

Major Swirls were the repair was done. New scratches on bumper, left white compound on side fender. This work is not acceptable I don’t know why you made me paid without checking the finish product
