The customer service was great. The communication was good. The only thing is the questionable handling. Such as the initial Run through which led to the delay. I was told the crack on the light was noticed after everything the body is finished and the requisition of the part was difficult because e golf is a rare car to begin with but the body is the same as the mk7.5 from my understanding. Other than that the car came out great . One more thing is my car was sent to an “electric vehicle body center” when my car was returned I had low range . I thought an electric vehicle center would charge the car enough to let me drive the day. I had to tow it to a charging station that evening.
