The car had to be kept almost 3 weeks instead of ten days as their estimate. This was because a trim piece that had to be ordered arrived 3 times damaged and had to be returned and re-ordered. However they did finally decided to replace my low beam light while they had to reposition the bumper that was put back on correctly a second time. This was done without charge to me, which I greatly appreciated. Overall very nice people.

I am taking my car back in to have it looked at...the side of my car that was replaced does not match the other side (the undamaged side) and the seams of the panel do not line up
