They scratched my steering wheel at some point during the repair process and it took much longer to repair my vehicle then they promised

Took long time for appointment, took longer to repair than estimated, had I taken it somewhere else, I could have avoided the deductible, maybe it could have cost less if you got rid of the fancy receipt holder and thank you cards which only end up in the trash
