The process was smooth and handled well. I wish I had a better estimate originally on the fix time of the vehicle but I recognize why that was difficult. I appreciated being kept up to date on the progress.

It really depends, some of the employees were very nice and professionals. Unfortunately they were NOT the ones who determine factors such as scheduling, etc.

I think it's just okay. I was told it took longer because of a defective part, which they ordered, but had to wait for. Ended up being my hazard lights accidentally being triggered and they new part was not needed after all.

Poor communication from the employees inn charge of my claim. I had most communication with a very nice receptionist that was new there and tried to help get information for me. The guy who bright my car out to me when it was complete was also very nice.

Jordan was very nice and thorough when explaining what needed to happen. She also was kind to our daughters. The two ladies at the front doing scheduling were also very kind.
