I really appreciated being kept informed about the progress of the repair. Everyone that I encountered was extremely nice and helpful. Charisse was my service advisor and she was excellent . The people at the front desk were very personable and helpful as well.

Very many problems with my p-u. Jason was completely immature and very unprofessional. When I would show him problems with the p-u, he would turn and stomp off. He will not accept or return my calls. Treated me like I was an idiot, and did not know what is wrong with my p-u. On survey he addressed me as Sr.A Nelson, Is this the kind of help you employ?

I examined the repaired area very closely for any issues, overall the body tech did a very good job, but there is one small area just above the fender where I can still see a very slight impression of where the damage was. I am not trying to be critical in any way, but just giving an honest evaluation. The paint appears to be matched and applied very well. “4x4” sticker was placed a little farther back than the factory side. Inside of truck appears to have been vacuumed.
