This experience has been the worst car repair expereince I have ever had. We will not take our vehicles here nor recomend it to others.

When a vehicle is brought in you should know if you can repair it or not. The estimate you give to a customer is your committment to the customer that you CAN do the work. To tell a customer after you have known for MONTHS you agreed to do the job, you have the vehicle in the shop and then contac the customer that you can't do the work is unacceptable. To be clear, our vehicle was brought to you in November 2018. You provided an estimate. We received payment for the estimate provided. We scheduled the work t happen in January 2019. Took vehicle in, and was told 1 day after dropping it off that the work could not be performed. Insurance check was CASHED. Took an additional month and a half to ge the work done. All teh while the customer had to keep promting the site to do the repair. Unacceptable!!!!
