The ladies that greet you at the front desk were very polite and listened to my needs during check in. This was not my first time at Caliber. Raul also was very professional while explaining what would be involved to repairing the damaged vehicle. The process was quite detailed and the fact that the system (which kept me abreast of the progress) was quite impressive and encouraging. I give Raul and his team an A+ in restoring my vehicle in a speedy like new adventure. I shopped around prior to going back to Caliber for my repairs. I am glad that I remained loyal to them. Raul (and team) definitely cared about my situation ,while returning my vehicle in a “like new condition”. Can’t Thank you all, enough for a Great Job. Ron B.

I would give Caliber a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. They gave me daily up dates on the repairs to my van. Very friendly people to talk to, The service technician explained the work in details I would say they all went the extra mile to restore my van to looking new again. Totally satisfied excellent work, I got daily reports on the repairs, that was so comforting to me to see the up dated texts every day. I was very impressed with Carlos telling me every detail of the repairs and pointing out an old repair, I had no idea of before purchasing my Honda. He pointed out they inspected the old repair and found it was repaired right. I would give Carlos 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Caliber Collision 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you All for your excellent work!!!!
