I have only dealt with Trisha and Monica personally so far, but I must say they have been fantastic to work with. My experience with them at Caliber Collision on 50th Street in Lubbock has been both professional and friendly. They treated me exactly the way a customer should be treated. They did not assume I knew anything about the auto body repair process, but they also never made me feel foolish when they had to explain something. They were patient, respectful, and helpful throughout my interactions with them. That kind of customer service makes a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate Trisha and Monica’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to take the time to communicate clearly. So far, I have had a very positive experience and would recommend this location based on the customer service alone. Also, the repairmen did a fantastic job!

I was told that Geico refused to fix one small dent suffered during an accident that was found to be the other drivers fault. Not sure if that was true or just a failure of your shop to fix it. Otherwise the repair and pai t job was done correctly. I do plan to take this up with Geico to see what they have to say about it.
