The customer service was great! A special thanks to Tricia and Brad for walking me through this repair process, for the patience they showed in answering my many questions, and for expediting the work since I didn’t have coverage for car rental. Thanks also to the technical people who performed the repair work and did such a beautiful job. I was also impressed with how streamlined the whole process was.
