Repairs were great. Awesome job. Many greasy fingerprints in the interior is what kept this from being 100%. Ceiling has many fingerprints. Gearshift area greasy as well.

Extremely helpful and honest, I got a good idea of what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. Very accommodating to my schedule and waiting for me to pick up my car after hours because I had a trip plan and needed my car.

Brennan did his job but the communication about what was really going on was lacking credibility and when I went to pick up my car, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes when I had talked to him at 2 PM three hours earlier than when I showed up and he asked for clarification about if my insurance company sent me money and I said no, they were sending it directly to them. So whoever was supposed to make sure that got cleared by the money, people didn’t do it before I got there.
