The bumper is a little off as far as level goes. Brennan the case worker said to bring it back in and have it readjusted.

Front desk lady answered all my questions. I had never done this before. She gave ma a cup of coffee and assured me they were there to help. She called enterprise and I had a courtesy car. When I left I was relieved to know I was dealing with good people. Seeing USAA certainly told me I was in the right place
