Repairs were done in good time and the truck turned out great, ( it looks brand new)! Customer service was fantastic as well, as they gave me frequent updates as the process went along. If for any reason I need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely be back to Caliber!

They got the part and it was mid packaged. Had to wait a day to get the right part. My radio did not work after entering code. Then it came up code error After over night when I started my car it said enter code I entered the code and the radio came back on.

The work from Lubbock was completed in record time. And I extremely appreciate, however your Clovis location dropped the ball and waited the last minute to send it to Texas for assistance. Otherwise everything else was fine
