I took my truck to Caliber Collision for repairs, and my experience was fantastic! My service advisor was Monica, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I received updates from her throughout the entire process. I forgot an item in my truck and had to go back. She walked me out to my truck, and in conversation I told her about a feature in the rental that I was not fond of. She went out of her way to help me turn off the feature in my rental. I would definitely do business with them again based off this experience! 10/10 recommend
