I have an appointment on Thursday at 8AM to take my truck back in. I am not happy with how some spots on my doors that were painted at your shop turned out. There are rough spots and I don't want my truck like that. So I am taking it back in.

I expect a tech or someone with knowledge of the repairs to meet me at the truck and walk through the repairs. This was not done. Screws holding plastic cover on inside of the tailgate are not flush. May not be fully tightened down. Crack in the plastic cover insert of the front bumper by the license plate on the drivers side. Large gauge in the driver side front tire tread. Radiator fluid was below the low level line.

Fog lights didn’t get replaced, driver side led bulbs didn’t get installed in new light so I have mismatched headlights, seat settings, steering wheel and mirrors got messed with. Hood only got resprayed in small area, other chips just got paint pen and can see the humps of the clear coat chip repair
