The manager, Kim , and the complete staff were very helpful and professional throughout the repair. Repair work looks fantastic as well as a complete cleaning of my truck. Will be a repeat customer if necessary, not soon I hope . Excellent facility. Thank you.

The team at caliber were so helpful. We were in an incredibly stressful time, and I bothered them multiple times per day about when things would be done, and they were gracious in accommodating my concerns. Some things were just out of their hands as far as getting parts in due to weather delays, and it took a little while to finish, but every time I called, I felt that the team there cared about the problem and were doing everything in their power to get the work done as quickly as possible. And the car looks as good as new. I'm deeply grateful.

At first there was a little gap in communication, which was important to me because we were on a tight timeline, but after I explained our situation, they were incredibly accommodating and generous with keeping me updated and answering me calling regularly to check in as they waited for parts, and I very much appreciate everything they did for me.
