I was very impressed with all the personnel I dealt with starting with the front desk. Everyone was professional and kind. Our adjuster, Kim, was especially helpful. She contacted me daily with updates. Repairs were made quickly and my car looks brand new! Bravo to the Caliber team at 6615 Spur 327 in Lubbock, TX.

The car looked very good, almost brand new. Only thing I'm unhappy with is the rear car door is hard to open and close (it was not like that before)
