My son just returned home from picking up the Honda Civic. I inspected the vehicle and there are bolts missing from the drivers side fender AND bumper. The piece next to the hood is misaligned and loose. His passenger window is scratched. I am incredibly disappointed in the result of our repairs. I called twice to confirm the repairs were complete. I asked several questions about the repairs and the estimates to ensure they were complete and safe. I need this corrected ASAP. As I mentioned in my multiple phone calls, we live in San Antonio and my son attends Texas Tech. We cannot take the vehicle back to Lubbock - I need these repairs fixed in San Antonio.

Brad and his team were absolutely professional and top notch. They kept me well informed and up to date with each step. The craftsmanship put into repairing the Mustang was unmatched, you couldn't tell it was ever in an accident. I was also shocked and beyond pleased with how quickly they were able to fix it and have it back to us. Truly unmatched professionalism, workmanship and communication. Anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation where they need their vehicle fixed, I'd only recommend one place to go and that's Caliber Collision on spur 327. Hands down the best experience you could have in a situation that is stressful. A true heartfelt thank you to Brad and his team for all they did and will continue to do for others and they're vehicles.

The paint repair was good but they need a better detail guy. They left so many hand prints and wet sanded the side door the dust was all over. For a door repair they had it 15 days I don’t think I will use them again.
