The shop 5902 spur 327 frontage rd Lubbock tx is terrible. I wouldn’t and won’t recommend anyone go there. I should’ve known by the 1 star review y’all have on google maps that I should’ve found another place. Highly recommend looking into this location..

The work itself was good and would’ve been rated higher if it weren’t for the fact that I had to come back after I had already picked my car up to them to get something fixed again. As well as not finding out about a damaged part until the day I picked up my car even tho they had known about it for 5 days. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience either at both caliber collisions I’ve been to. Both have broken a part and don’t tell you anything about it until you notice..

The shop on 5902 spur 327 frontage road Lubbock tx is very sneaky… they’re clearly running an operation where what the customer doesn’t know doesn’t hurt them.. they pushed back my fix date multiple time saying they wanted to “detail” my car “since it was a nice car” only to see the car still with bugs on the front bumper from when I dropped it off. The only clean wheel was the 1 they had repaired. All this delaying of me picking up my car clearly to replace the part they had broke without me noticing. I don’t even want to imagine what else they did with/to my car that I don’t know about. I didn’t even care they broke the part. It’s the fact that I waited longer to pick up my car and it still be dirty. And on top of that me calling and trying to get updates multiple times they never once told me about the broken part. Even with the general manager Monica herself telling me they had known about the part being broken for 5 days and her being the 1 to have to put it on order.

Quality of work was good. Somebody royally dropped the ball on communication with me and with finding all the replacement parts needed in a timely manner. I would have been better off finding my own parts and glass. Good thing for Caliber is that I'm an easy going person and let it play out. Quality of work gets an A. Customer service gets an F
