It has taken way longer to get my car back than it should’ve and the tailgate has a rattle now and it’s not opening all the way like it should. And there is a part missing on the shaft of the opening of the tailgate I’m supposed to take it back in today to see what they’re gonna do about it, not happy with the workmanship, put off so many times on getting my car back for stupid reasons

The repairs look to be well done. The amount of time and money I wasted trying to find out the status of my repairs was the most frustrating experience ever. No one ever called me with updates. Every time I called no one was available to talk to me, and refused to return my calls. I was promised on numerous occasions that my truck would be ready on a certain date only to discover that was not true. Then the Regional Manager promised me my truck would be ready on Tuesday 9/3/24. I drove 2 hours to Caliber from my home only to discover that I was once again lied to. Had someone had the common courtesy to call me and inform me that my truck was not ready would have saved me 4 plus hours and $50 in gas! I will NEVER recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for body work. The level of disrespect by caliber was epic!!

My vehicle was kept in Lubbock for repairs and then brought back to Roswell. I kept getting calls to pick it up but when l did, the repairs had NOT BEEN fully completed. The adjuster had not estimated the front repairs. Grill was broken, bottom panel is cracked and l noticed a dent on the hood. Ruth took pictures when l pointed these out to her. I paid the deductible ($500) and she told me to take car home because they didn’t have any reason to keep it there. Then a few days later the adjuster went to shop to look at front damage but car was not there at shop. Now l have to wait until end of September before it can be repaired. I have been without a vehicle since February. There should have been better co-ordination by staff to get adjuster to look at vehicle before l picked it up. (It is parked in my garage for the time being.)

Great job! Communication was great from Lynsie and Monica. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were great to work with and did an amazing job. My car is back to how it was before the wreck, very happy with the job and well the car was cleaned up when I picked it up.

My truck is still not finished, truck was delivered a week late and is still missing one piece after being told it was complete. There are two warning lights on on my dash truck does not drive correctly, and I need a new tire on the side the deer impacted my truck. I have to get the truck picked up to get the repairs completed. I work out of town and was informed a week ago my truck was ready and when I got back into town I was informed the repairs were not complete after speaking with management before I left work being told my truck was complete. My truck still has animal fur on the wheels and tires. I am very dissatisfied with the work done and not done. I was also told the truck was driven and was good when it is not. The tire that was struck by the deer requires replacement and I had to pay for that as well instead of the insurance company. VERY dissatisfied with Caliber.

My truck was late getting to me. I took half a day off work when I work out of town to be told when I got in town that my truck was not finished. There was a missing dodgy part, there were warning lights on in my dash, there was still deer hair and guts on my wheel and tire and mud flap, and the front end was grinding hard on the skid plate when I turned the wheels to the left.

I was told my truck was ready by the manager the day I left work early to get my truck and even called before I left (out of town work) I was told my truck was ready. After a 3 hour drive and a half of day of my vacation time was lost, I was informed by that same manager that after being without my truck for 3 weeks that my truck was actually not finished and that I would be without my truck for an additional week. After that my truck was delivered missing body parts and with warnings on my dashboard and my tire hitting the skid plate when the wheels were turned to the left. Which I had to crawl under the truck to fix. In short I am without my truck for another week. That makes 5 weeks without my truck.
