Still waiting on parts to come in and be installed and was told by the insurance company that they only use OEM parts and found out that was not correct and the repairs was not inspected before I went to pick it up and as I said still waiting on parts to come in and be installed.

We have had 3 vehicles repaired at CC this location. We have worked with Linsie every time. She provides great customer service and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The workmanship on each vehicle has been great with no complaints. Gabby at the front desk is also very personable and provides great customer service. I felt like I was like family in my experiences with Caliber. In a current society where you don't see a lot of customer service it is very refreshing to see it at Caliber. We have and will continue to send referrals and we will continue to bring our vehicles to Caliber. Thanks for the wonderful service and great experiences. Hats off to Linsie, Gabby and the rest of the team.

The work performed was excellent. Poor communication is the only complaint I have. I did not find out there was an issue with my hood until the day before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle. Otherwise, great service and great work.
