This was my first time having to get my car repaired. My car was hit while parked and my insurance helped choose Caliber Collision to fix the damage. The process to fix my car and have everything fixed back to the way it was took about a week. Not bad at all. Explained everything to Joshua and he understood the assignment. Thanks to the mechanics for their hard work on taking care of my car. Their job and efforts does not go unnoticed! Thanks y’all

Communication was great at first, but then started to drop off. Was told on two separate occasions that the car wouldn’t be ready after they said it would. After receiving the car, discovered it still has to go back for some additional minor repairs. This entire process took way, way too long…. that being said, the general manager of the store (Monica) did everything she possibly could to ensure customer satisfaction remained high. She was great.

This is the worst company ever. The body shop made a mess of my new car. It had to e taken back again for burned carpets missing parts terrible paint job. I will never recommend this company.
