There was stickers and plastic wrap left on my brand new impact plate and my brand new bumper had a dent on it. It’s been repaired now but it’s frustrating I had to have another day without my car when I need it for work! I also received no communication because they had my dad’s number (I requested to change it the day I dropped off and multiple times when I called.
