I don’t usually complain about any place because we all have bad days but the service was the best and I feel like I should say something. I was told by Kaylee that I would be receiving updates on SMS and that never happened I was the one calling all the time to see when would my car be ready. One time I called I was frustrated due to not receiving any information but she was assigned to my case and she wasn’t there. Someone else was kind enough to go check on my car to see when it would it actually be ready because all the times I called they told me a date and then never called to say that it wouldn’t be on that day. The next morning I received a call from her somewhat upset because I complained, saying that maybe the messages went to spam but that never happened because I pinned the message and I never received anything. When I went to pick up the car the people that were there except for 1 guy were rude to me treating me like I was wrong for just wanting updates on my car. I said thank you have a good day to all of them and nobody responded. To be honest this made me feel really bad, it got me even overthinking if it was even racism because of my accent. Anyways I honestly think the work itself on my car was great no complaints at all but the customer service left me feeling like I don’t ever want to come back here again, and I could’ve left a bad review on google but it seemed like the right thing to do was express myself here directly to you guys. Thank you.
