I have something on my car that appears to be watermarks, that when I dropped my car off. I voiced my concerns to Ken but they were quickly dismissed without much consideration. I also found that some of the mechanics had hooked their phones up to the bluetooth in my car. I am not sure why exactly but I am guessing it was to listen to music. I am not completely satisfied with the service that I received at Caliber. I forgot to mention that I was told that the repairs would take 3 days but it ended up taking over a week.

I wish they would have repaired while I was away on vacation, but they wouldn't keep my car on their lot that long. As a result I have a low quality rental car for a week
