Overall, I felt like most of the issues stemmed from the Porsche supplier. This is one of the few luxury body shops backed by my insurance. I feel like overall I would give them a second chance.

Service was responsive, but my vehicle was delayed 4 times as a result of improper parts being sent to Caliber from Porsche, then a delay in getting car to me. Further, when I picked the car up after nearly a month, the trunk panel part had a flaw that needed additional replacement, as well as the car logo plate not being installed. Overall just felt my repair was rushed and am not happy with the end result. I do believe it is more driven by Porsche distribution based on communications with my Caliber rep.
