From beginning to end, Joshua has been nothing but perfect with his communication, execution for my repairs, and making sure to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy. While it did take MONTHS for my Tesla Model Y to be finished, if it weren’t for Josh, I’d be waiting another month. He kept me and the (mostly) wonderful people at State Farm in the loop and helped me help him by escalating the replace vs repair of the left front fender of my 2021 Tesla.
