Repair Quality

I’ve had previous repairs done and this on my 2026 M4 BMW seem at a much lower quality than previous repair repairs. On top of that, I asked that’s the ceramic coating be added to the repaired areas. Instead, a wrap was put on this brand new car which was never discussed or asked for. Very disappointing.

I stated earlier, I asked that the car be restored to pre-accident condition that would be at ceramic coating to the repaired areas. Instead, I was told I got SRAM coating, but instead got a rap. A rap was never discussed or approved.
