Even though it took a bit longer due to back and forth with insurance, Sylvester kept me abreast with progress and updates All along and also ensured They did a thorough job and covered everything in great detail including follow ups with insurance. I am greatly satisfied with the service!

I really appreciated this because my last experience with the company at a different location was the exact opposite and I was hesitant the to use the company again, but I am grateful the luxury location opened and didn't disappoint.

The customer service representative at the desk was not very friendly and did make me feel like I was signing papers without being able to inspect the work. I didn’t understand the process and that was the only thing that I didn’t like. My other interactions with the service were very cordial and friendly.

awesome work by the body shop awesome work by sylvester but.. phone system and answering service is terrible. I waited 10 minutes for them to answer and then I told them to tell sylvester I would be a little late. sylvester never got the message. One time I called at 400p and answering service said "they must of closed early" .. but they didn't. she just didn't want to take my message about a rental car. sooooo the work was amazing.. Answering Service and Phone Service needs help.
