Sylvester Mendoza at the Luxury location in Boerne was very professional and very customer service savvy. Any concerns I had he was able to explain the process in detail to have the confidence this shop would do what they do best and have my car fixed and looking brand new in the time frame promised. The front office ladies were also very nice and professional and helped as much as they could to answer questions when needed.

While service was good while the vehicle was in possession of Caliber (for over 100 days), the follow up for issues found after pick up is despicable. Either honor your “lifetime” warranty or don’t offer it.

Great communication and customer service from Sylvester. The only reason he didn't get a 10 here is because he asked me to give all 10s and not to mention that the vehicle has to come back...I think this is wrong asking me to be dishonest. How will you learn what areas you need help in if everyone is just giving 10s and ignoring the issues. I am going to give an honest review every time, with integrity.
