The personnel were efficient and friendly. I was told at the Broadway shop that the repairs would take four to five days. I got the car back just short of two weeks! Based on that I cannot recommend Caliber to anyone The work that was done was very satisfactory but I believe the delay in repairs negates my overall satisfaction.
