My BMW got rear-ended by another car. The SA BMW dealer doesn't have a bodyshop or any recommended shops in SA. The Caliber Collision Luxury at Leon Springs was recommended to me by my colleague. When I contact them, they explained what's the process to deal with the insurance and repair in details. They only work on the European luxury brands vehicles and has a little higher labor rate than other caliber collision locations (about $10 per hour). But their agents are well certificated to work on these luxury Brands. The service advisor Poe did a great job to help me deal with the other driver's insurance company. All parts are get new replacements instead of repairing as initial evaluated by the insurance company. Most parts are OEMs except the plastic bumper which I'OK with it. Poe kept me updated on every steps of the process which is great. The final painted job is great on all the new parts and I couldn't tell the difference from the orginal paint. I recommended this place for your luxury vehicles.

The best service I ever had. My car looks like new.They went out of their way and did extras, put air in my tires and washed my engine.They where do friendly and professional , The receptionist is very friendly with a smile and give you all divided attention. I was so impressed
