Poe is super! Communication was timely, clear, and informative. The repair was immaculate. I am very satisfied. I will not hesitate to recommend Caliber. Definitely a10 out of 10! I previously had very bad experiences with Service King.

Still has dents, piece fell off after pick up, trim at trunk was inside of an interior trim piece which I tried to fix myself but the trim piece is still not correct, who ever put the interior back had greasy hands and left black smudges throughout a light tan car.

Unfortunately the car came back with a few dents and sings that hasn’t been repaired. Trim pieces were installed incorrectly, whoever put the interior back together did so with greasy hands and left finger smudges on light tan interior pieces, and a piece next to the windshield fell off while I was driving.

The whole process was easy from the quote, to drop off and pick up. I was even updated through the repairs via text, including pictures. Nick and Poe were great, and offered to deliver my car to me when it was completed. Thanks for everything!
