Your first win was answering the phone. The young lady on the phone was cheerful and very helpful, she answered all my questions politely and with detail. My appointment was scheduled fast. When I walked in the office everyone greeted me, everyone was polite and they walked me through the process. I was told in detail what would be needed and what part may be difficult to find. My car was not too damaged but when I was explained about the damaged and what the procedure would be, it was in a respectful way. The job it self looks fantastic. It looks like nothing happened, color match is great. You cant tell the new from old paint. They even aligned my car. Same thing with the pick up. The final paper work was explained politely and throughly. Through out I was kept on the loop of every step and the job was even finished ahead of scheduled. Definitely happy with the entire process.
