Crew on location were so great with communication, professionalism, and product! Unfortunately, I received several calls from people who claimed they were from Caliber Collision. What they said was not intelligible as English. What I could figure out was wrong, conflicted with what I had already planned with employees, at the shop, in person and via clear, understandable, English.

My experience with Caliber was great once again. It was promised 7-31 but got it back on 7-23. Everyone, Jessica, Rhyannon and Scott, I had face to face contact were completely professional about the claim. And got the best results for the repairs needed.

Its making a rattling noise when idiling and when accelerating and makes a different noise like something is loose and when the AC is turned on I would like to bring it back
